What is volunteering?
Volunteering brings together several legal statuses for which people commit to a mission in France or abroad. These statutes are a balance between volunteering and wage labor.
Volunteering is a formal commitment in the form of a contract for a limited period of time on a full-time basis.
The volunteer is not salaried but receives an indemnity.
Volunteers are derogatory to the labor code.
The volunteer contract does not imply a direct link of subordination.
Volunteering is different from volunteering because it implies a formal character in the form of the commitment made and the fact of receiving an allowance. It is also different from wage labor because its status is derogatory to the labor code. By contrast, the status of volunteer also allows for social protection.
We do not have any program of volunteering for the moment, by cons we could propose you to join a center that we help since several years.
You will only be asked to stay at least a month and help them in the missions to be done every day, with disabled children, orphans …
You will have to complete these missions from Monday to Friday and you will be free to go about your business on Saturdays and Sundays.
In return the center will host you on site for free and you will be fed, housed and bleached.
Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
