Muay Thai
Muay Thai, or Thai boxing, is a combat sport originally practised by the Thai military. In the West, it is classified as one of the most complete fist-fighting styles.
Derived from muay boran (traditional boxing) and krabi krabong (martial art with weapons), it is Thailand’s national sport. Numerous training camps welcome youngsters from an early age all over the country.
The Lumpinee and Rajadamnoen stadiums in Bangkok are the world’s benchmarks for muay Thai.
