Volunteer Thailand
Au coeur du Siam explains in detail the meaning of volunteering and invites you to join a center for disabled children in Thailand.
What is voluntary work?
Volunteer is a formal commitment of limited duration, governed by a contract. It is distinguished from voluntary work by the compensation received, and from salaried employment by its status as a derogation from the French Labor Code. Volunteers are not salaried employees, but are covered by social security.

Volunteer in Thailand
We don’t have a volunteer program in Thailand, but can refer you to a center we support. A minimum two-month commitment is required to help disabled or orphaned children during the week. In exchange, you’ll receive free board, lodging and laundry.
